Rich Sierra has represented hundreds of businesses and individuals with business related matters since 2004.

The focus of his practice has been to serve the needs of the small business owner by providing effective representation at a reasonable cost.

Before opening his law practice, Rich Sierra was the founder and CEO of Healthcarerecruitment.com, a national jobs database for healthcare professionals. His experience as owner of an internet-based national company, allows him to understand the many legal issues that can arise as a small business owner.

The firm focuses exclusively in providing legal services to the business community and individuals with business related issues. Some of the cases that Rich has handled include: Breach of Contract Litigation, Franchise Disputes, Partnership Disputes, Representing buyers or sellers in the purchase or sale of a business, serving as in-house counsel for businesses, real estate litigation, review of commercial leases, and many other legal matters that affect the business owner.

Rich Sierra earned a Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Tampa and a J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in Ft. Lauderdale. In addition to being admitted to the Florida Bar, he is also admitted to the United States District Court Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

He belongs to numerous professional and community organizations including the NSU Law Alumni Association (Former Board Member), University of Tampa Alumni Association, Broward Bar Association, Hispanic Bar Association, American Bar Association, Ft. Lauderdale Chapter-Phi Delta Theta Alumni Club, and various local Chambers of Commerce.

Rich lives with his family in the Coral Springs area and enjoys skiing and practicing Tae Kwon Do which he currently holds the rank of Black belt Second Dan and Judo which he recently was promoted to Brown belt. He is also involved in local charities.
